Elmer Lebedev has been in ironmongery since 1967. Starting out in his uncle’s shop as a teenager, he quickly gained a reputation as the go-to guy for hinges, catches and latches. After running his own success ironmonger’s for many years, Elmer launched Esteem – No Pause in 2011 as a specialist retailer of hinges and door fittings for both domestic and commercial projects.
